Italian and French Canadian immigrants influenced Maine cuisine. So have immigrants from Germany, Great Britain, Asia, Eastern Europe, South America and many other places. From ployes to tacos, this special event kicks-off Harvest on the Harbor with a tasting journey through time, with a curated group of chefs and restaurants serving specialties. The Maine Winery Guild is helping kick off Harvest on the Harbor 2018 with a welcome toast.
