Italian and French Canadian immigrants influenced Maine cuisine. So did Great Britain, Asia, the Middle East. The list is long and this event is a journey through history with a curated group of chefs and restaurants serving ethnic specialties that when woven together, reflect today’s Maine cuisine. As a welcome treat to kick-off this special event, Maine Wine Guild members will be pouring tastes of their delicious products.
