Ever wanted to learn how to make the perfect Portland, Maine Italian sandwich? This is the master class! We’ve invited the legends to Monument Square to create a more than 140 foot Portland, Maine Italian sandwich. Turn up at 11 am to watch, cheer and maybe shed tears of joy! The sandwich will be created at 11:15 am. After we measure and document with a few photos, anyone within the Square is invited to feast on a slice.
