After extensive oyster sampling, plus research and planning with Maine Oyster Company, we are excited to introduce Oysterfest, Saturday, October 20.
Maine Oyster Company is wrangling the oyster farmers, who will be bringing the bivalves and doing the shucking. We are nearly ready to announce some great Maine beers and world class spirits for ticket holders to enjoy. And in case you did not know, this and many other events happen under the waterfront Festival Tent.
