What are the dates for HOTH 2025?
Harvest on the Harbor 2025 runs from Thursday, October 30 to Saturday, November 1.
Where do I pick up my tickets?
Order your tickets online. They will be emailed so you can print them at home or download them to your device and show them at the door.
Where is Harvest on the Harbor?
The 2025 events will take place at a new venue, Maine Studio Works, located at 170 Anderson St., Portland, ME 04101.
Can I buy tickets when I arrive?
Tickets must be purchased in advance.

Are festival tickets refundable?
All sales are final. Tickets to Harvest on the Harbor events are non-refundable.
What if I can’t attend after I purchase?
Tickets are typically transferable—you may give or sell your ticket to another guest if you can’t make it. (We can’t assist with private resales.)
How can I protect my purchase? (RECOMMENDED)
At checkout, you’ll see an option to Add Purchase Protection for a small fee. If you’re prevented from attending due to a qualifying unforeseen circumstance, you can receive a 100% refund of your registration purchase.
What is included with my ticket?
Tickets include food and drink, as well as entertainment.
Is HOTH 21+?
All events are 21+. Parents with infants in slings or carriers are permitted. Strollers are not allowed.
Are pets allowed?
Only licensed service animals are permitted.
Is parking available at Maine Studio Works?
Yes, there is on-street parking available at and around the venue. We also recommend the Marginal Way park and ride lot. We strongly encourage using Uber and Lyft as well as local taxi service options.
What should I wear to the event?
We recommend smart casual attire; please check the weather forecast and dress accordingly.
Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?
No. Please check the specific event details for more information on the menus for each event.
Can I bring a bag or a backpack?
Small bags and purses are permitted, but larger bags and backpacks are discouraged. All bags are subject to search upon entry.
Is there a lost and found?
Yes, lost and found items can be claimed at the event information area at the entrance to Maine Studio Works.
Are cameras and recording devices allowed?
Personal cameras and smartphones can capture memories, but professional photography and recording equipment are only permitted with prior approval.
What if the event is canceled or rescheduled?
In the unlikely event that Harvest on the Harbor is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via email with further instructions.
Is there a coat check available?
No, but if the weather is poor we will have coat racks available at the venue for your convenience.
