Non-Refundable Sales: All ticket sales are final. Tickets purchased for Harvest on the Harbor events are strictly non-refundable, including instances of non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, or inclement weather.
Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend, tickets are typically transferable to another individual. Harvest on the Harbor is not responsible for assisting with, facilitating, or guaranteeing third-party or private ticket resales.
Third-Party Ticketing Provider: Ticket purchases on this Website are processed and fulfilled securely via our official ticketing partner, Tickets207 (operated by The Maine Trust for Local News). By purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with Tickets207’s standard transaction and privacy policies.
Ticket Purchase Protection: Optional purchase protection may be offered by our ticketing provider at checkout for an additional fee. Any claims for refunds under Purchase Protection must be submitted directly to the third-party insurance/protection provider according to their specific policy terms.
Advance Purchase Required: Tickets must be purchased in advance online. Tickets may not be available for purchase at the door unless explicitly stated by the event organizers.
Age Restriction (21+): All Harvest on the Harbor main events are strictly restricted to attendees 21 years of age or older. Valid, government-issued photo identification (such as a Driver’s License or Passport) is required for entry. Infants in slings or body carriers are permitted; however, strollers, children, and minors are strictly prohibited.
Dietary Restrictions & Allergies: Harvest on the Harbor features independent guest chefs, vendors, and beverage makers who dictate their own event menus. We cannot guarantee accommodations for specific dietary restrictions, food allergies, vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free requests. Attendees consume food and beverages at their own risk.
Prohibited Items & Bag Policy: Large bags, backpacks, outside alcohol, illegal substances, and weapons of any kind are strictly forbidden. Small bags and purses are permitted but remain subject to security searches upon entry.
Pets & Service Animals: Only certified and licensed service animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed on event premises.
Code of Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any individual from the event premises without a refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, intoxicated, or in violation of local laws or festival rules.
Harvest on the Harbor reserves the right to modify event schedules, chef line-ups, menus, vendor participants, or venues at any time without prior notice. In the unlikely event that a festival event is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified via email with instructions regarding applicable remedies or transferred admission.
