Indulge in the ultimate lobster experience at the 2024 Maine Lobster Chef of the Year Competition! Visit the competing chefs’ lobster stations to taste and explore their unique lobster creations and meet the culinary talents behind them. Enjoy a selection of beverages, including Zardetto Prosecco, Clean Slate Riesling, Root Wild Kombucha, Coffee By Design, and Austin Street Brewing beer.
The competing chefs for 2024 are: Thomas Barthelmes, Finestkind; David Brown, Seaglass at the Inn by the Sea; Ryan Hickman, The Knotted Apron; Baxter Key, Highroller Lobster Co.; Ilma Lopez & Damian Sansonetti, Chaval; Austin Miller, Mami; Lori Mitchell, Boothbay Craft Brewery, Winner of the Boothbay Clawdown; Wilson Rothschild, Terlingua with Al Zoni, Ocotillo; and Jordan Rubin, Mr. Tuna. The winning chefs will be announced around 2 p.m.
