Opening Night: The Maine Pour + From The Sea
Thursday, October 30, 2025
5 to 7:30 PM

This expanded tasting event combines the best of Maine’s seafood and distilling communities—plus live music by The Hadacol Bouncers to keep the night swinging.

Join us for an epic evening of Maine-made gins, vodkas, bourbons, rums, and more, an oyster shucking competition, and more! All of the distillers and Maine food producers will also have their products available for purchase, so you can take some of the delicious goods home with you.

You’ll meet and learn from these members of the Maine Distillers Guild: New England Distilling, Mossy Ledge Spirits, Chadwick’s Craft Spirits, Portland Distilling Co., Hardshore Distilling, Wiggly Bridge Distillery, Three of Strong Spirits, Pennant Distilling & Brewing, Fermentation and Distillation, and Round Turn Distilling.

Enjoy seafood from Browne Trading Co. and Downeast Day Boat. Taste Mar Mar Noodle‘s kelp noodles, check out Planet Botanicals seaweed hand cream, sip on wines from Côté Mas wines. You’ll find additional Maine made tastes from Maiz, Maine cheesemakers Fuzzy Udder Creamery, Lakin’s Gorges Cheese and Winter Hill Farm, Colvard Sausages, Backriver Blends and Kittylamb Brownies. Don’t miss the second annual Maine Oyster Shucking Competition, produced by Lady Oyster and judged by the founder of the Oyster Master Guild, Julie Qiu.

The Maine Lobster Chef of the Year Competition
Friday, October 31, 2025
Doors open at 12:30 PM

A must for all lobster lovers! This friendly competition features a mix of rising stars and established Maine chefs sharing their lobster dishes in the hopes of becoming the next Maine Lobster Chef of the Year. Guests will graze and mingle, visiting each chef’s station to sample their creations at their own pace while enjoying Portland’s Blue Lobster Urban Winery wine and Après seltzer, Hendrick’s Gin, Monkey Shoulder Whiskey, and Ketel One Vodka. Cheer on the chefs, and help crown the People’s Choice winner while our judges select their top pick.

This Harvest on the Harbor signature event is proudly in partnership with Shuck’s Maine Lobster and Whitecap International Seafood Exporters.

Maine OysterFest with The Maine Oyster Company 2025 – Two Sessions!

Calling all oyster lovers! Join us for an unforgettable celebration of Maine’s finest oysters, drinks, and DJ Eagle Electric. General admission tickets include 18 oysters! Sip on Lunetta Prosecco, Yealands Sauvignon Blanc, Hendrick’s Gin, Monkey Shoulder Whiskey, Austin Street Brewery beer, Rupee Beer, Ketel One Vodka, and Coffee By Design coffee, included in your ticket. New for 2025: VIP Guests are invited to enter the venue at 1 p.m., and enjoy an oyster from every farm (that’s at least 30!)!

Session One: 1:30 to 3 PM
Session Two: 3:00 to 4:30 PM
